Services

Expert medical opinions and care coordination, end to end.

Three core services built around independent specialist review and on-the-ground support in China.

Service 1

Expert Second Medical Opinion from Specialists at Renowned Chinese Hospitals

What would specialists from renowned Chinese hospitals say about your diagnosis?

When facing a serious diagnosis or a major treatment decision, a second opinion can help you move from indecision to certainty. We connect you with specialist teams from top-tier tertiary hospitals for your condition to independently review your case — including your current diagnosis, existing treatment plan, and alternative options.

01

In-House Medical Record Review

Our in-house medical team collects and reviews all relevant records, then organises them into a standardised case summary:

  • Imaging films and reports (CT, MRI, PET-CT, ultrasound)
  • Laboratory results (blood work, pathology, genetic testing)
  • Discharge summaries, surgical records and prior treatment history
  • Current medication list and known allergies
Turnaround: 1–2 business days after receiving all records
02

Specialist Matching

We match you with a specialist suited to your case — rather than a general referral. Matching considers disease subtype, treatment modality, specialist seniority and department experience. For interdisciplinary cases, we arrange a multidisciplinary consultation by 2 specialists from national top tertiary hospitals.

Matching and scheduling: 3 business days
03

Second Opinion Report & Next Steps

A detailed bilingual written report includes:

  • Independent assessment of your current diagnosis
  • Evaluation of your existing treatment plan
  • Alternative treatment options in China and their pros/cons
  • Recommended next steps and estimated hospital cost range (if treatment in China is advised)

The report includes a 30-minute follow-up consultation with our medical team to walk you through the findings.

Report delivery: 3 business days after specialist consultation

Service 3

Complex Case Navigation (CCN)

Structured medical review, specialist matching, and end-to-end care coordination in China.

For patients facing a serious or complex diagnosis, conflicting medical opinions, or uncertainty about next steps — CCN turns an unclear medical situation into a clear, actionable plan.

Who it's for

Patients who need clarity

New or unclear diagnosis; conflicting opinions; considering treatment in China; complex or rare conditions needing multidisciplinary input; exploring new therapies at China's top hospitals.

Objective

End to end

From review to follow-up

Covering initial review, treatment coordination and follow-up. All reports and communications provided in both English and Chinese.

01

Case Intake & Medical Record Review

Deliverable: standardised bilingual case summary · 1–2 business days
02

Expert Specialist Opinion

We match the most appropriate specialist by disease subtype, stage and treatment modality, and coordinate a remote video or in-person review. The specialist gives an independent assessment, evaluates your current plan and recommends next steps.

Deliverable: bilingual expert opinion report · 3 business days to match & schedule · Associate Chief Physician+
03

China Care Pathway Design

If further examination or treatment in China is recommended, we design a clear step-by-step pathway — city, hospital, department, the order of tests and consultations, and an estimated cost range. Your roadmap, reducing uncertainty and redundant tests.

Deliverable: personalised care pathway document (bilingual), with cost estimate
04

End-to-End Coordination in China

Once you arrive, we manage appointments with priority access, certified medical interpreters for all consultations and exams, admission coordination, and daily care coordination with regular updates. Optional: airport transfers, hotel booking, visa assistance.

Includes: appointments, interpretation, admission coordination, daily updates
05

Follow-up & Family Alignment

After each consultation we explain results in plain language, clarify next steps and trade-offs, and keep family — in China or abroad — informed. After you return home, 6 months of remote follow-up track progress and address new questions.

Deliverable: bilingual report explanations, follow-up log · 6 months post-departure
